Design services for renovation of Newell & Richmond Halls

The University is seeking proposals for services from A/E firms for the design of the renovation of Newell and Richmond Halls (a.k.a. the Project) located on the campus of Towson University [see Attachment C for a TU campus map on which the project location is designated]. The Project requires an A/E consultant team that specializes in renovation and upgrades of historic structures based on the available budget.
The Newell/Richmond project is a renovation of the exterior envelope of the two buildings to include, but not be limited to windows, masonry repairs, copper gutters, and a slate roof replacement. (see Project Program for the complete details).
