The City is inviting proposals to provide interpretive planning services and design development/construction documents for the development of the Utility Exploration Centers IDEAscape project, located behind the Roseville Utility Exploration Center (Center) in Mahany Park at 1501 Pleasant Grove Blvd. in Roseville. The main goal of this project is to build an outdoor exhibit and learning environment that complements and reinforces the environmental and resource sustainability messages found in the Centers interior exhibits. The services described in this documents scope, once completed, will enable the city to begin the construction phase of the IDEAscape project.
