In February of 2010 this intersection was included in the Highway Safety Improvements Program for the installation of signals and capacity improvements. The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for the design and preparation of preliminary and final roadway plans, specifications and estimates for the reconstruction of the Intersection.
