Design of New School
The project to be addressed by the awardee includes, but is not limited to:
Architectural design of a 25,000 to 30,000 square foot facility
Site preparation work including excavation
Installation of a parking lot
Plumbing and Electrical system installations
Installation of mechanical systems including HVAC systems and controls, ventilation
upgrades and other energy efficient systems upgrades
Installation of Safety systems including fire alarms, fire suppression systems, and
security systems
Playground equipment installation
High performance design, LEED Gold certified.
