Design and Engineering Services for a Water Conservation Demonstration Garden

The selected Proposer must design, develop construction documents and provide engineering services during the bidding and construction of three demonstration areas: Xeriscape landscaping, wildlife habitat landscaping, and a rain garden, encompassing .5 acre. The work shall also include plans and details for soft surface paths linking the landscape area, landscape drainage, irrigation and signage for the areas.
