RFP : Design and Develop a Quality Assurance Review

The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified offerors to develop and carry out a quality assurance review process in keeping with current best practices that is the foundation of the overall Statewide Quality Assurance Program for consumers receiving services from the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (the Agency). Tools and instruments used must reflect the States goals and philosophy and meet or exceed the guidelines set forth in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Quality Framework. This RFP establishes the requirements for the Quality Assurance (QA) review.
