Qualifications for design services needed for a 40.000 sf multi-story addition to the current building that involves both rehabilitated and new space. Projected Budget is $6,000,000. Ground-breaking is Fall 2011.

RFQ due 8/5 by 3pm. Short listed posted 8/12 by 3pm. Mandatory walk through for short listed applicants 8/19. Proposals and concept designs due 9/10 at 3pm. Awards to be made 9/24. See RFQ for further details and contact information.
