Design a public multi-purpose community center, gymnasium/locker rooms
City of Rockport is now calling for Request for Professional
Services (RFP) to design a public multi-purpose community center, including gymnasium and
locker rooms. The facility shall be designed to compliment the adjacent Aquatic Offices and
Bathhouse located at 2001 Stadium Drive. Provided services will include facility entrance-way,
parking area, exterior lighting, and a xeriscape landscaping plan. Each proposal shall be
submitted in one original and (5) copies and must be clearly marked RFP ROCKPORT
COMMUNITY CENTER and received at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, City of
Rockport, 622 E. Market Street, Rockport, TX 78382, until 3:00 P.M., Friday, May 8, 2009 at
which time they will be publicly opened and read. Applicants are expected to inspect the site of
the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions.
