Design Services for the Market Street Realignment Project
The objective of the design is to allow the Convention Center Expansion, and maintain an acceptable traffic level of service. The design shall incorporate multiple modes of transportation, and consider low- impact design and sustainable storm water management practices. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop design options for alignments and intersection functions;
Develop conceptual streetscape design in context of adjacent redevelopment and connectivity goals of the framework;
Determine utility and storm water design impact and watershed management opportunities;
Landscape Architecture design;
Traffic Engineering;
Joint Utility Design Service Experience for CPS, SAWS and AT&T;
Geotechnical Engineering;
