The specific work product resulting from this RFQ varies by area and
will be determined by timing of improvements to parcels, freeway ramps, and other planned construction within the Project Area. The design services requested will include detailed design drawings, construction documents, and construction administration services for portions of Folsom Street, Essex Street, Clementina Street, and surrounding areas. Schematic design drawings are requested for portions of Folsom Street, Tehama Street, and First and Fremont Streets. All construction designs and activities must be consistent with the Concept Plan, the Redevelopment Plan for the Project Area (the "Redevelopment Plan") and other related plan documents.
