Maricopa County Facilities Management Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications
from qualified firms to provide architectural design, construction administration and related
services. The estimated construction contract total cost is $52-55M excluding furniture, fixtures
and equipment. The contract period will be established during the scoping phase of the project.
