Design Services for Renovation of Campus
The project will include minor interior and exterior renovations and tenant improvements for the _ _ _ _ located at _ _ _ _ _ , Idaho. The tenant improvement portion addresses approximately 31,000 SF of the 80,000 SF facility. In order to occupy the facility as envisioned, various interior improvements need to be made such as, but not limited to: interior wall reconfigurations, upgrading of the elevator, HVAC improvements, power and data infrastructure installation and upgrades, office furnishings, fixtures and equipment, and reconfiguration of the interior lobby.
