Design Services - Park Improvements
The City is especially interested in receiving proposals from architectural firms that have had previous experience in design for similar types/scales of entertainment venues, outdoor theaters and park support buildings. Proposals shall be submitted for design services for all phases of the project as outlined below, consideration of both the designer’s and the City’s recommendations for improvements, the design of improvements selected by the City, the preparation of contract plans and documents, and any requested assistance during the construction phase.
