Design Services - Medical Services Remodel
This project shall involve demolition and remodeling of approximately 9,500 square feet of the existing infirmary area and adjacent open dormitory space. These spaces shall be designed and reconfigured to house the new infirmary and acute care unit operations. The proposed design shall provide a total of 15 new hardened cells for acute care and crisis stabilization, and 15 new infirmary rooms, along with various functional support spaces. The design shall incorporate a phased construction plan which will maintain normal daily facility operations. The Owner shall provide the selected Design Professional with a conceptual plan during the design process.
The scope of design services shall include preparation of schematic design and design development documents, construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction contract administration.
