Design Services - High Rise Window Wall Systems
The University is seeking design services for the study of current window wall systems on various high rises on the campus of the University. The University is also seeking design services for immediate repairs to a window wall system that has been addressed in a previous study. Services could potentially lead to the complete replacement of the curtain wall systems on various high rise structures. These services will include two phases. The first will consist of a review of the finds from the previous study with University staff to define the scope and budget for the project The second will be for design and construction administration services to complete selected repair components outlined in the study.
