Lead/coordinating designer, 4. Civils and infrastructure design services, 5. Structural engineering design services, 6. Building services, 7. Engineering design services, 8. Utilities design services, 9. Landscape architecture, on a number of venues and facilities and locations for the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (the Games). The anticipated timescales for the venues, facilities and other works are as follows 1. Design and construction period 2009 - 2011 2. Maintenance period 2011 - 2012 3. Legacy conversion period: 2012 - 2013 More detailed information of the scope is available in Part 4 of 4 Project Information. Applicants must be able to provide the full scope of services either directly, or through the use of sub-consultants. The ODA may make this framework available to other entities (including LOCOG). However, no commitment of any sort is given in relation to the amount of work albeit if these entities do use this framework (or the ODA does on their behalf) then the amount of work could be increased from that currently envisaged. More information about the Games and the Paralympic Games is available at www.london2012.com.
