University is in the initial planning stages for a new 300 bed Residence Hall and the
renovation of exisiting residence halls consisting of six buildings. The new construction includes
approximately 107,000 GSF and the renovation consists of 37,240 gsf. Design is anticipated to
commence in the 1st Quarter of 2010, and occupancy is currently planned for Fall 2012.
