Design Services
The City is accepting sealed statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms and individuals for design services up to and including a complete set of preliminary plans and preliminary field plan review for the Improvement Projects.
The primary goal of this project is to eliminate the reversible lane system by providing a fourth through lane. The City would like to use context sensitive solutions on the project to minimize impacts to the Citys historic area. This project will include an intersection improvement, likely an unconventional design which may include a grade separation due to extensive site restrictions. This project will also include a new bridge.
Respondents must be pre-qualified by the Georgia Department of Transportation.
