Design Services
Design services for two new fire stations to be constructed in outlying suburban areas of the City. It is anticipated that each station will be between 7500 and 9000 SF, including living quarters and double apparatus bays. Design and construction of the two facilities is expected to run concurrently, though construction of each building will be bid separately. The city intends to select one architectural firm to design both stations, based on a single prototype.
Project will include complete architectural design, verification of project budget, detailed cost estimating, project scheduling, construction documents, and construction administration.
