Design Services
Commissioning services for a 1,150 bed apartment style student housing complex on a 12 acre site
located on Campus. We are currently assuming there will be approximately 4
buildings totaling 470,000 GSF. The project will include a 20,000 GSF dining facility, structured
parking, and extension of thermal utilities, electrical/telecommunications duct bank and
water/sewer services on campus to the project site. The project will achieve a minimum of LEED
Silver certification.
