Design Services
The Town is seeking proposals for architectural and engineering services for the Building Renovations Project. The selected Consultant will study the facility, cost estimating, compile bid plans and specifications to support an MGL Chapter 149 public bid process; assist throughout the development of contract documents, bid period; and provide an appropriate level of on-site project monitoring during the renovations/repairs.
