The Town requests the submission of proposals prepared by professional architects, engineers and surveyors leading to the possible award of contract for the predevelopment and development services outlined below for the new Medical Services Public Health Facility. The project will accommodate medical, dental, mental health and family support services, as well as health professional housing and training facilities.
