Design Professional
The Commission is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing professional design services for the construction of an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded project.
The Project will be completed in phases. The first phase involves the abatement and demolition of the four (4)
existing buildings described above. In order to expedite the project, the design services for demolition and
abatement will be performed under a separate design professional contract with the Design
Professional.
The second phase of the Project will involve the new construction. Preliminary space planning indicates that
the Project will require approximately 32,000 gross square feet.
