Design Plans for Park Renovations
Prepare conceptual designs for the master planning and renovation of Park for improved use as a community park. Removing the existing pool and creating a sprayground in its place are of primary importance to the project. Additional elements of the project include a restroom, shade structure, playgrounds, trail, drinking fountains, seating, picnic tables, parking, drives, lighting, landscaping, and signage. Conceptual design services to include plans, sketches, and details sufficient to illustrate the design, as well as preliminary cost estimates for the project.
