Design Plans for Park Renovations
Prepare conceptual designs for the master planning and renovation of Park for improved use as a special use park. The park consists primarily of 8 aging tennis courts and is currently being used as a skate park and practice tennis courts. Additional land including street abandonment is expected to be added to the project area and property acquisition is beginning. Removing at least half of the existing tennis courts and expanding or replacing the skate park equipment are major components of the project.
