Design Fitness Center
The University is soliciting qualifications from Architects to provide design and construction administration services for the new Fitness Center. The previous pre-design efforts indicated an approximately 110K SF facility being needed. Preliminary budget for the project anticipates a $39 million construction cost. The selected architect will be responsible for reviewing the preliminary program, concept documents, developing schematic design, design development, and construction documents for bidding and construction. All construction administration services will be included.
