Design Documentation, Fabrication & Installation
The University is seeking Proposer(s) to provide the design documentation, fabrication and installation of the Graphics as described in Exhibit C, Design Concepts, dated 09/09/2013. This document
provides the graphic design concepts for the “public” spaces in the building and graphic design guidelines.
The Proposer(s) may provide the design, fabrication and installation services in-house, if they have the
capability, or may have a subcontractor provide the design services and/or fabrication. The Proposer(s) may
provide the services in the following manner:
a) Design, Fabrication and Installation services in-house (provided by one company);
b) Design (provided by one company), Fabrication and Installation (provided by second
company);
c) Design (provided by one company), Installation (provided by second company), Fabrication
(provided by subcontractor to the second company).
