Design Consultant Municipal Parking Garages
The Department of Public Works & Parks is responsible for four municipal parking structures,
and one underground truck tunnel primarily located in the Central Business District. These
structures are in various degrees of condition and DPWP wishes to hire a design consultant to
assess the conditions of each facility; prioritize the deficiencies; propose corrections and
improvements; and estimate construction costs. Upon approval of a project the consultant
would be responsible for complete AutoCAD drawings, bid documents, and construction
oversight.
