Design Build of Readiness Center
The facility will be built on approximately 3.22 acres of a 12 acre property. The primary facility will include administrative, classroom, storage, an arms vault, male/female latrines, assembly hall, and kitchen space with flammable and controlled waste storage areas. The facility will be one story permanent construction with CMU veneer/concrete block and concrete floors with durable roof designed by the professional. Cost effective energy conserving features will be incorporated into design, including energy management control systems and high efficiency motors, lighting, and HVAC systems.
