Design Build Replacement of Bus Garage
The Authority requests your proposal to provide design and construction services for a Bus Maintenance Facility per specifications. A Fixed Price Best Value Negotiated contract will result from this solicitation for the items listed in the Unit Price Schedule including one Option. The contract duration is for a 600cd period starting from notice to proceed.
The Estimated Cost Range is between $50 and $70 million.
