Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC): Construction services to be acquired include design-build or fully designed new construction, upgrade, addition to and/or alteration of buildings in the 2002 NAICS category 236, Construction of Buildings. It is the Government's intent to award under full and open procedures a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of three (3) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a base period of three years and two 1 year options. The maximum limit for all projects awarded under the MATOC will not exceed $7M per year. The Government intends to compete Task Orders among the awardees of the MATOC contracts for various Humanitarian Assistance design-build projects in Vietnam. The seed project used for evaluation of proposals will be a health clinic in Tam Dam Vietnam. The anticipated magnitude of the project will be between $300,000 and $600,000.
