Project Description:
Design Build AUTEC HVAC Systems Replacement Enhancements
Enhancements to existing project that repaired 9 AUHs, added 62 VAV terminal units with electric heat, d added a DDC BAS. Enhancements include additional VAV terminal units to comply with P100 zoning requirements, modifications to exhaust requirements, modifications to BAS and sequences of operations to include moisture control, building pressurization, and optimization for comfort, energy efficiency and safe wquipment operation, and ductwork cleaning.
Period of performance is 75 days for design and 90 days for construction.
The project range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
