Design & Construction of Solar Photovoltaic Systems at 2 City Sites

The City issued an RFQ for the design and installation of up to 805 kilowatts (kW) direct current (dc) of grid-tied photovoltaic (PV) solar systems at three City sites. Xa3ConMan3aX . The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a short list of up to two (2) qualified providers for these renewable energy installations. Funding for the installations will also be provided through APS rebates and the City's Qualified Energy Conservation Bonds (QECBs) allocation, pending successful placement of the bonds.
