Design/Build of Mazza Pavilion
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) hereby requests proposals from qualified Design/Build teams each consisting of a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm and qualified construction company to provide all the design/build services, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the design and the complete gutting of Mazza Pavilion (including interior and exterior) and perfom a complete construction/renovation of the existing building and other tasks described in this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to completely and permanently address existing MOLD problem in the building
