Design/Build Team for Recreational Facility

The City is soliciting sealed proposals from experienced developers / development teams willing to engage in a public private partnership in accordance with the principles and procedures outlined in the request for proposals. This RFP process is intended to provide an opportunity for interested property owners and /or developer to demonstrate their interest and capability to develop a Multi- Purpose Recreational Facility for the City. Prospective developers / teams will submit proposals regarding their development expertise and presentations for a development concept that will enable the city to select the best valued developers /development team to facilitate a Design build development of the Multi-Purpose Recreational Facility.
