Design/Build Services
County is seeking qualified firms to provide Design-Building Services ("D/B Services") for the design, renovation and construction of the Child, Adolescent and Family Center. Design-Builder shall be responsible for furnishing design, engineering and construction services for the satisfactory completion of the Project. This will be a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract for design-build services.
