Design/Build Services
County is seeking qualified firms to provide Design-Build Services (“D/B Services”) for the design and construction of the Regional Health Center. Designer-Builder shall be responsible for furnishing design, engineering and construction services for the satisfactory completion of the Project. This will be a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract for design-build services.
The cost of the work include all fees, labor and services necessary, including design and engineering, to produce the construction required by the Contract, and all material and fixed equipment incorporated into the construction, shall not exceed this amount.
BID BOND: 5% of Design/Build Price
