Design/Build Services
Provide all design and construction services required to provide a turnkey
project as described below. Including all labor, materials, permits, fees,
insurances and bonds as required.
The project will consist of a new one-story building of approximately 11,000
square feet consisting of block construction with an exterior brick veneer, block
interior and epoxy floor systems. Apparatus bay to store all vehicles to be two
double deep bays with two inbound doors and two outbound doors with
driveways and ramps designed for ease of maneuvering for all fire department
vehicles. On site landscaping and irrigation as well as parking for personal
vehicles are part of the site development.
