The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, with proven experience in tower operation, design and installation, to provide design, materials, construction and installation of a communications/Public Safety Dispatch tower on Town owned property with a lease agreement to the selected firm on a parcel of property. The submittal shall contain a proposed lease agreement, access requirements, a tower design proposal and revenue sharing schedule.
