Design, development and maintenance of District web site
The consultant will conduct an overall assessment of the Districts current web site including but not limited to design, content, layout, navigation, animation and functionality. The consultant will be part of a larger branding effort to ensure consistency in the look of District publications and will implement those concepts when producing a web site design. It will be the responsibility of the consultant to perform in-house all web maintenance. The consultants will also manage the host server to ensure that the web site functions properly and update the sites on a regular basis. The consultant will provide staff with progress reports and designate a full-time employee as the point of contact.
