The Minnesota Office of Higher Education is requesting proposals from qualified design and communications firms to provide design, writing, and consulting services to improve publications, brochures, presentations and the agency's Web sites as outlined. The initial contract will run from October 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011. The State will have an option to renew the contract for up to an additional two years, through June 30, 2013.
