This Request for Proposal (RFP), from the Deschutes Public Library (hereinafter referred to as Library)
solicits qualified businesses (hereinafter referred to as Vendor) to submit a proposal for an allencompassing
brand and identity package.

The Library is issuing an RFP for a Vendor to develop a unique, multi-faceted brand and identity package.
The project outcomes will include: an all-encompassing brand image (detailed below); an employee-change
management component; a customer-relationship program; a logo mark with usage specifications; a unique,
seamlessly-integrated library public web site design; and a signage system useable in multiple types of
