Deregulated Natural Gas Supply for GSA Heating Operation and Transmission District (HOTD).
This announcement constitutes the presolicitation notice and the synopsis.
The Government is requesting proposals for the purchase of natural as supply for 2 Federal facility interruptible accounts located in Washington Gas and Light - DC. The total estimated volume under this procurement is 5.5 million decatherms (dth) of natural gas over 24 months. Pricing will be obtained via an online reverse auction process in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
This procurement is being conducted on an unrestricted basis. The procurement method will be a competitive negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.
Technical proposals must be received via email no later than 3:00 PM ET on March 27, 2019.
Only those offerors found technically acceptable will be invited to submit pricing via reverse auction web portal on April 4, 2019. Award will be made to the lowest-price, technically-acceptable offeror.
