Depot Rehabilitation
The Depot building has serious deterioration to the brick masonry and a metal roof that has had several membrane failures, allowing moisture to penetrate to the interior, which in turn has seriously damaged parts of the wood flooring in the station agent’s room. The State will govern all aspects concerning fire safety in the building. The recommendations from the Preservation Office will be followed for the Depot rehabilitation.
