Depot Level Maintenance for the HELLFIRE Modular Missile System
This item is restricted to Lockheed Martin, HELLFIRE Systems Limited Liability Company (HSLLC), Cage Code: 036W7 because this contractor is the only source that has the unique test equipment required to test HELLFIRE Missiles and the expertise necessary to peform required maintenance and repair services. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implanted by Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
