Dependent Eligibility Audit
The City provides a comprehensive benefits package to employees and their families and would like to investigate conducting a Dependent Eligibility Audit. The objective of the audit is to accomplish the following goals: Educate employees on the definition of an “eligible dependent”; Remove ineligible dependents from coverage; Benchmark practices; and Decrease overall healthcare costs.
