Department of State 2014 Design-Build Contract for US Embassy Colombo, Sri Lanka

The U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) construction of a New Embassy Compound (NEC) Site Mitigation & Development Project (SMDP) requirements in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The purpose of the Site Mitigation and Development Project (SMDP) is to incorporate the former British High Commission (BHC) compound into the existing US Embassy compound while adjusting the west compound boundary for the impending extension of Marine Drive.
