The work involves services for the design and construction of a new exterior concrete stair between Building A&B and B&C, connecting the lower level of the campus to the upper level of the campus at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center. The work includes, but is not limited to, miscellaneous site improvements in the form of general excavation, regrading around the stair, landscaping, installation of new concrete exterior stairs, and exterior site lighting.
