A.The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish multiple contracts with qualified contractors to provide community-based employment and educational services in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications listed herein. The Contractors shall provide Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) with services for youths who are within the jurisdiction of statewide Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Service Units.
