Department of Health and Human Services Family Reunification Program

Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Child and Family Services, Child Welfare Services, is seeking proposals for qualified community-based providers to implement the Department's Family Reunification Program (FRP). Eight contracts will be awarded to one bidder per district for each of the eight districts. Each district's contractor will establish an FRP team, consisting of a supervisor, a team leader, and two support workers to cover the towns served by that district.
